Step 48: Click on the flip icon from the toolbar, click on pattern sub-sub-menu from the bottom right corner and
click on apply. click on the back ct-1 pattern to flip it vertically

Step 49: Click on move icon from the toolbar to move the internal. select internal from the dropdown in the bottom
right corner, enter length as 5 cm, select vertical radio button and click on apply
