Step 24 : Keep cursor on any pattern line and observe all the pattern lines should be selected and give left click.
You can see a new pattern of sleeve had been extracted.

Step 25 : Now select Insert point in curve tool.
Select pattern.

Step 26 : Select At distance and give 3.5 inch value and press apply.
