Step 3 : Select breadth and height and give values in the box as 8” and 3” respectively.

Step 4 : Now draw a rectangle on the screen by giving one left click, drag the cursor and one more left click.
A rectangle will appear on the screen.

Step 5 : Now divide the rectangle in 2 parts.
A rectangle will appear on the screen.
