DRESS MAKING - CITS
Trimmed fold it away from the side seam and pin.
Set the muslin with horizontal balance line pin the center back
using pins.
Place a pin at side seam.
Smooth from center back to princess line.
Pin at waist.
Trim excel fabric from center back to princess line.
Smooth and repin at waist. Clip to waist at princess line.
Release holiday pins rotate the excess fabric form the flare.
Measure flare right and adjust the fold from the front drape.
The fabric lift higher at the waist to make the flare smaller,
lower to make the flare large.
