Step 14 : To cut princess panel from shoulder first we need to draw a tracing curve on the pattern where we
need to cut the panel
For this select Draw curve and select 3 point bezier

Step 15 : Draw a curve defining the princess line from shoulder to bottom, the tracing line should be touching or
it should be on crossing over the pattern line
