Step 30 : Select Cut a pattern tool and select All sizes.

Step 31 : Give piece name as SLEEVE 1 and keep cursor on one of the tracing line, you can observe particular
sleeve panel will be selected.

Step 32 : Give a left click to extract that panel separately.
