Step 15 : Now draw a curve connecting collar center to collar point.

Step 16 : Select Other Markings from the tool bar and select Point from the bottom right corner.

Step 17 : Give Horizontal value as 1” and vertical value of -0.25” at same time on the bottom left corner.
