After stitching up to vent mark, stitch horizontally to lock the vent opening.
Now move away one layer of the bottom fabric. (Fig 14)

Then put a top stich at the edge of the upper layer of fabric vent (Fig 15)

Take the Yoke part and fold and press the seam allowance, then place on the Back part and stitch it (Fig 16)
