NSTI Chennai
A Japanese delegation visited the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Chennai, on 17th
June 2025 to explore collaborative opportunities in vocational training. The members are

They visited key training
sections such as CNC, Hydraulics
& Pneumatics, Automotive
Technology, Plumbing (including
Jaguar Plumbing Association),
Woodwork, and Electrician. The
team interacted with trainers
and trainees. They attended a
presentation on RDSDE schemes
and Japanese vocational training
systems.
The visit highlighted mutual
interest to advance skill
development and to foster Indo-
Japanese cooperation.
