       Celebrates Ugadi with


       Joy and Enthusiasm


        The National Skill  Training  Institute  (NSTI),
        Chennai, recently hosted a vibrant Ugadi
        celebration on 01.05.2025, bringing together
        trainees, faculty, and special guests for an
        unforgettable cultural event. The festival,
        which marks the beginning of a new year in
        many parts of World, was celebrated with
        great zeal, symbolizing renewal, hope, and
        prosperity.

        The event began with an orientation session
        for the trainees, setting the tone for a day of
        learning,  inspiration, and  cultural pride. This
        was  followed  by a  keynote address by  the
        Executive Director of NIMI, Shri. Srinivasa
        Rao, ISDS, Shri. Ajay S Bhagat, ISDS (Regional
        Director Incharge, RDSDE Chennai) and other           Special Secretary / DG(T)’s
        staff.
                                                              Inspiring Visit to Panjim
        As the event concluded, the joy and optimism          Government ITI, Goa
        in the atmosphere were palpable, leaving
        everyone motivated to step into the new year          On  16th  April,  2025,  Ms.  Trishaljit  Sethi,  Special
        with renewed energy and determination.
                                                              Secretary /  Director General  (Training),  DGT, MSDE,
                                                              Government of India,  along  with  Shri  C.S.  Murthy,
                                                              Director, RDSDE (MH & Goa), visited Govt. ITI, Panjim
                                                              and  was warmly  welcomed by  Shri  S.S.  Gaonkar,
                                                              Director, DSDE, staff and trainees.

                                                              The visit includes a tour to the training sections of ITI
                                                              and interaction with instructors and trainees. Special
                                                              Secretary  madam  appreciated  the  training  activities
                                                              including the students’ enthusiasm and learning spirit.


                                                              This  visit  motivates  &  energizes  the  ITI  Panjim
                                                              community.
