Though the possible pitches are 6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 the above example is given for the pitch equal to 8 only.
Trainees are advised to write the table for other pitches to have a better understanding of the winding.
VII End connections : Draw the end connections as shown in Fig 1.

VIII Coil connections : In whole coil connection, the connection of coil groups shall be from the finish end to the
finish end and the start end to the start end of the group of coils of the same phase. Either of the following
two methods shown in Figs 2 and 3 could be followed.
