6 Defective embellishment
The embellishment in the product is mispositioned or use of damaged items, misalignment, improper size etc.
which is not as per the requirement.
Causes:
• Carelessness of the operative.

• Lack of training in positioning the embellishment.
• Improper handling during the process.
7 Embroidery defects
Defective embroidering which is not as per the required design or absence of embroidering.
Causes:
• Carelessness of the unskilled worker.

• Improper working of embroidery machine.
• Unsuitable thread used in the process.
8 Defective Packing
Use of damaged packing material, inferior quality packing material, different packing material, wrong packing
method etc.
Causes:
• Carelessness of the operative.

• Lack of formal instruction.
• Improper machine handling.
