NSTI Hyderabad’s achievements, including the highest AVTS enrollments
and innovative partnerships with industry leaders, reaffirm the importance
of collaboration in shaping a future-ready workforce.

During my visit to Ranchi, I had the opportunity to engage with the Department of Labour, Employment Training,
and Skill Development (DLETSD) and the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission (JSDM) to discuss key priorities
for enhancing skill development in the state jharkhand, with its rich talent pool and strong focus on vocational
training, has immense potential to lead India’s skill ecosystem. However, unlocking this potential requires focused
interventions, especially to support skilled workers, including those who migrate for opportunities.
We discussed the importance of analyzing migration patterns and how we can develop initiatives that support
skilled workers both within the state and beyond. I also emphasized the need to focus on the development of
