6 Remove the solenoid coil winded from wooden board and connect the end terminals by Soldering.
7 Insert and fix the steel bolt in the solenoid coil.
8 Test the solenoid coil with low voltage supply and observe the magnetic effect.

Refer the nichrome wire table for selecting the size & length of nichrome wire.

Safety precautions
• Wound the nichrome wire uniformly without overlapping.
• Don not touch the hot heating element.
• Do not apply higher voltage to solenoid coil.
