Cowl Draping
Cowl draping is a throwback piece that has made a comeback in contemporary apparel. It works with fabric
to produce dangling folds around the neckline or waist, giving the piece a dramatic impression and a hint of
elegance. Cowl draping is a time-tested method that turns simple outfits into eye-catching statements, whether
on flowing evening dresses or breezy shirt. (Fig 3)
