Objectives

At the end of this exercise you shall be able to
• dismantle, Inspect and assemble the Pneumatic Governor
• check control rack travel, Tightness test and governor spring
• set full load stop screw and Idling spring stopper
• check and Adjust full load delivery.

• Vernier caliper - 1 No. • Engine oil - as reqd.
• Governor setting deflection scale • Hydraulic transmission Oil - as reqd.
(special tool) - 1No. • Calibration oil - as reqd.
• Circular control Rack measuring
