TASK 2: Draft and cut a paper patter of corpulent shirt
Construction front:

Draw the base line.
(0-1) = Full length of shirt + 6 cm
(0-N)(1-M) = 2 cm for overlapping of button and button hole.
(N-A)(M-B)=6 cm for inside fold. (N-A) (M-B) = 6 cm
(N-M) (a-b)=Join it.

(0-2) = Natural waist length
(2-3) =1/4 th of disproportion.
Join (0-3) &produce.
(0-4) = Full length of shirt +1 cm

(4-5) = 3 cm
(5-6) = 2 cm
(0-7)=1/4 of chest -1.5 cm
Draw the square out line.
(0-8) = ½ of yoke +1 cm
9 is square from 7&8

(0-10) = 1/6 of neck
(0-11)= (0-10) measure + 1 cm
(8-12) = 1/24 th of chest
Draw the neck shape from (10-12)

Join shoulder slop (10-12)
(9-13)=2.5 cm
(7-14)= 1/4 th of chest + 6 cm
15 is square from (14)
Draw the front arm hole shape (14-13-12)

(15-16) = (4-5) measure
(4-15) (5-16) =Draw the shape as per the diagram.
Chest pocket mark:
(7-P)=4 cm
(P - Q)= pocket width [1/8 of Chest +1.5 cm]

Draw the square from ‘Q’
(Q-R)= pocket length [pocket width +1.5 cm]
S is square from (P&R).
Back:
(0-17) (8-18) = 1.5 cm

Join (17-18)
X is midway of (17-18)
(18-19) =1 cm
