NIMI Organizes Capacity-Building Session Under

Rashtriya Karmayogi Programme

The participants were organized into
groups and participated in interactive
sessions and discussions, which
encouraged teamwork and practical
application of concepts.

Under the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Jan Seva Programme The programme served as a valuable
(Phase II), a capacity-building session was held at the platform for enhancing workplace
National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), Chennai effectiveness and collaborative skills
on 29th August 2025. among NIMI staff.

The session was conducted by Ms. Easwari, ISDS, Deputy
Director, NIMI, who gave an interesting presentation on
enhancing efficiency, productivity, and professionalism at
the workplace. Key areas of focus were effective writing
of emails & notes, self-management in office settings,

FAREWELL TO

SHRI NIRMALYA NATH,

NIMI Chennai recently bid a warm farewell to
Shri Nirmalya Nath, ISDS, on his promotion as
Joint Director, DGT. During his tenure, he served
not only as an able administrator but also as a true
mentor, inspiring every department with his vision,
dedication, and support.

The farewell was marked by heartfelt speeches recalling his
leadership, contributions, and positive impact on the NIMI
family. The Multimedia Department presented a special
video highlighting his achievements and milestones as a
