Short Sleeves:
1 – 0 = Short sleeve length + ½”.
2 – 0 = 1/8th Bust ( – ) ½”.

3 – 2 = 1/4th Bust + ½”.
4 – 1 = 3 to 2 measure ( – ) 1”.
3 – 6 – 0 = Back Sleeve Shape.
3 – 5 – 0 is the front sleeve shape.
Collar (Open collar type):

1 – 0 = 3 ¼” as standard.
1 -2 = ½ Neck girth + ¼”.
3 – 2 = Same as 1 to 0 measure.
4 -2 = ¾ for shape.

3 -5 = ½ upward.
6 – 3 is ½” outer point as per the draft.
