4 Dip soldering: It is used for quantity production and tinning work. Components to be soldered on PCB are
dipped in to the bath of a molten solder which is heated electrically. The solder is kept in motion by an agitator
to avoid oxide films. The temperature can be controlled very accurately
5 Machine soldering: It is used for bulk production like component soldering. In this method the molten solder is
in rapid motion to avoid oxide film formation. The molten solder comes in to direct contact with the components
ends to soldered.
