• Draw a hyperbola with double ordinate 70 mm and abscissa 30 mm (rectangle method) and the traverse axis
70 mm.
• Draw the rectangle ABCD 70 x 30 mm.
• Mark the mid points V, X on AB and CD.
• Join VX and extend it outside to '0' 35 mm (70/2) from V.
• Divide AD and BC into 4 equal parts. Mark them as 1,2,3,1 ,2 ,3 .
