2 Check relay operation
• Apply battery voltage.
Note: Make sure polarity is as shown
• Connect the ohmmeter leads between terminals”1” and “2.” Continuity (no resistance) should be indicated.
• If relay operation is not as specified, replace the relay.
Charging System Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Action
Warning lamp does not light, 1 Blown Fuse 1 Check CHARGE, IGN and
