NIMI continued to strengthen the
vocational education ecosystem through
key digital initiatives during May 2026.
The CITS Admission Portal for the 2026–
27 session was successfully managed, and
hall tickets were released on schedule,
ensuring seamless support for students
and institutions.

Enhancements in the LMS includes the
publication of Cosmetology trade content
and the review of Mechanical Diesel trade
content. Progress was also achieved in the
PM SETU Web Portal with completion of
the admin dashboard and ongoing SIDH
API integration.

and Science questions in 8 regional languages were

finalized, while Practical Question Papers were
finalized for 7 trades and developed for 6 trades.
For Flexi MoU programmes, question paper for 3
trades were finalized for the Maruti examination, and
the Question Bank for Agniveer (Army, Navy, and
IAF) trades are under finalization along with Hindi
translations.

Under ATS, Question Banks for 2 new trades were
developed, and 5 trades were finalized. In CITS,
Entrance Exam Question Banks were finalized for
42 trades along with Numeric Ability section for
Engineering and Non-Engineering trades.
