           •   Shri. Jayesh Parmar, from PiparToda village in
               Jamnagar,  Gujarat,  overcame  financial  challenges
               and family responsibilities through determination and
               hard work.
           •   He chose skill-based education and enrolled in the
               ITI Armature Motor Rewinding course, and gained
               valuable technical and practical skills.
           •   The training equipped him with industry-ready
               expertise and laid a strong foundation for his career.
           •   Today, he works as a Service Technician at Sanghvi
               Cranes  Ltd.,  specializing  in  crane  electrical  systems
               and fault diagnosis.
           •   With over 10 years of industry experience, he
               has earned recognition for his technical skills and
               dedication.
           •   Jayesh aspires to start his own crane rental and lifting
               equipment company in the future.
           •   His journey highlights how vocational training,
               perseverance, and hard work can transform lives and
               create new opportunities.
