can help to ground and center the body,

• Meditation: Visualize a red light or a lotus
with four petals at the base of your spine
while focusing on feelings of stability and
security.
2 Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana)
• Asanas: Hip-opening poses like Bound Angle Pose
(Baddha Konasana), Butterfly Pose, and Cobra
Pose (Bhujangasana) stimulate the sacral chakra.
• Pranayama: Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) can
activate and balance the Sacral Chakra.

with six petals in the lower abdomen, cultivating
