Circumference Measurements
Waist arc (19) : Center front to side seam.
: Center back to side seam.
Hip arc (23) : Pin mark 9 inch below waist at center front or widest part of the hip. Measure at this level.

Upper thigh (29) : Near crotch base.
Mid-thigh (29) : Between crotch and knee.
Knee (30) : Mid-knee level.
Calf (31) : Widest part below knee.
